1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how SBREAD (“SBREAD,” “we,” “us”), a design agency, handles information in connection with SBREADBOX (“the App”), a private, internal tool used only by our authorized team. This is not a consumer-facing service.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the App:

• Account information: your name, work email, role, and login credentials.
• Mobile phone number: if you choose to receive SMS notifications (see §5).
• Usage information: actions you take in the App, and basic technical logs such as device/browser type and access times, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Business and client data you work with: projects, design files, client records, and similar. This is SBREAD/client data, not your personal data.

3. How we use information

We use the information to:

• provide and secure access to the App;
• operate internal functions (projects, tasks, approvals, etc.);
• send you notifications you have opted into (see §5);
• troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and keep the App secure;
• meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the App:

• Service providers that power the App — for example our website/hosting platform (Webflow) and our messaging provider (Twilio) — and only the data each needs to perform its function on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect SBREAD’s rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Text message (SMS) information

If you opt in, we collect your mobile number to send internal notifications (for example: task assigned, project status change, approval needed). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as strictly necessary to deliver these messages to you.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the business, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When your access ends, we deactivate your account and retain or delete records per our retention practices and applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — access controls, authentication, and encryption in transit — to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; report any suspected issue to support@sbread.net immediately.

8. Your choices

• You can opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP).
• You can ask to review or correct your account information by contacting us.
• Because this is an internal work tool, some information is required to have an account; you cannot use the App without it.

9. Team / staff notice

Information in the App is processed for legitimate business and employment purposes. Your use of the App is also subject to SBREAD’s internal policies and any employment or contractor agreement you have with us.

10. Children

The App is an internal work tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; material changes will be communicated to the team.
