SBREADBOX (“the App”) is a private, internal tool provided by SBREAD (“SBREAD,” “we,” “us”), a design agency, for use only by our authorized employees, contractors, and team members (“you,” “user”). It is not a public or consumer product. Access is granted at SBREAD’s discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time.
You may use the App only if SBREAD has issued or approved an account for you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify support@sbread.netimmediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Do not share your account.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate business tasks assigned to you. You will not:
The App contains confidential business and client information — projects, design files, client details, contracts, and similar. All of it remains the property of SBREAD or its clients. You will treat it as confidential, use it only for your work, and not disclose it outside SBREAD. Your confidentiality obligations continue after your access ends.
With your consent, the App sends you SMS notifications about internal activity (for example: a task is assigned to you, a project status changes, or an approval is needed).
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
The App, its design, and its underlying software are owned by SBREAD (or its licensors). These Terms do not grant you any ownership or license beyond the right to use the App for your work while authorized. Client deliverables and assets remain governed by the applicable client agreements.
The App relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, and messaging services) to function. Their availability and terms are outside SBREAD’s control.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBREAD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is an internal tool and is not warranted for any particular purpose.
Your access ends automatically when your employment or engagement with SBREAD ends, or earlier at SBREAD’s discretion. Sections on confidentiality and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
